Sorry no pics to share on the 4th. We went swimming for awhile, then bar-b-qued some hamburgers and hot dogs. Watched a Jet Li movie and then tried to do some California style fireworks for the kids. Corey and Katie had a good time with the fireworks but mommy got to go inside and watch from the window as Jaxon was trying to climb my pregnant tummy to get away from the crackle noises. All in all it was a pretty relaxing day. I hope everyone else had a safe and fun day as well.

Jaxon

It seems everyday at home with the kids brings new surprises. Jaxon is growing up so fast and falling asleep everywhere it seems. He has also begun to climb on top of the coffee table, mind you he hasn't quite mastered walking yet but climbing is going to be his cup of tea. Corey is bored out of his mind I think and can't wait for school to start again or for us to go to Kansas. He has been a big help around the house though with me being off for summer. Katie is well, she's Katie and as such she keeps me entertained all day. I am finally feeling Anna move around which is exciting but also scary since it just tells me soon I will have four children! At least the numbers will stay even in the house. My sister-in-law just had her second baby and it was great to see such a small baby and I hope that Anna will cooperate and be smaller than her brother Jaxon was.

We took Jaxon and the kids to the water park up in North Yuba City. Jaxon really enjoyed the water. Corey didn't want to be captured on film...so no pictures of him.

Jeff's 30th Birthday

I took Jeff on a surprise trip to S.F. and even more of a surprise on a helicopter tour over the city. Then we walked around S.F. and went to the wax museum. It was interesting not having the kids around whining about walking and going into stores they didn't want to. Overall an A+ 30th birthday for Jeff.

Corey had a great time at his party on Saturday. We took 5 boys along with our family to go see the new Indiana Jones movie. It was very interesting having that many boys over. In this picture we have Michael (my brother), then clockwise we have Nick G., Nick C., and Jacob A.

Jacob F. seems to like to tease Corey a lot. We also noticed Corey has friends with the same names!!!

This one is of Corey with Jacob F and Adam from his baseball team. Adam managed to spend the night as well but he was pretty calm compared to the other boys.

Corey is 10!

My oldest turned 10 today. It doesn't seem like it is possible to have a 10 year old but time sure flies on you. He was a little cranky since grandma brought the cupcakes too early and his baseball team picked on him during practice so now both him and his sister are being cranky kids. Such fun! Tomorrow we have a baseball game and on Saturday we are going to celebrate his birthday so I'll have some pictures up after then.

The first two are from Katie's Game and the last two from Corey's practice. We are keeping busy with baseball almost six days a week now! Only have Sunday's off and we still haven't finished unpacking. Spring break was going to be my time to unpack but like normal when I have time off I get sick! Not fun at all or fair!

Down to Feather River

We took a trip up and over to the levy and then down the trails to the river. It was a fun hour trip considering there were a lot of bumpy trails for the kids to go on. Found out the trails were not meant for strollers or for bicycles with training wheels on them
as you see in the picture below with Jeff carrying Katie's bike. We forgot to snap a picture of me but I am there I promise you as I am the picture taker!










Katie was a happy camper when she wasn't riding her bicycle. I think this summer we are going to get her off of those training wheels as they are not fun on the trails! But is was one beautiful day for a walk!
